# One thousand Digit 5 humanoids on lease: Agility Robotics claims more than three hundred million dollars

> At an analyst and investor day in New York, the US manufacturer detailed its plans to sell and produce its humanoid, Robot Newspaper of South Korea reports.

According to Agility Robotics, the amount corresponds to a contract to supply one thousand Digit 5 units for 3 years, as robots-as-a-service (RaaS) leasing. The company says this is not current revenue: the sum depends on contractual conditions and milestones still to be met.

By the end of 2027, Agility is aiming for about 100 potential customers, up from more than 30 today, and up to 25 confirmed deployment sites.

The event took place on 6 October, local time. Representatives of the car parts maker Schaeffler, of Foxconn and of the US association AUVSI, which brings together players in unmanned systems, attended.

Agility Robotics is also preparing to list on the Nasdaq in the fourth quarter, through a merger with the acquisition company Churchill Capital Corp XI.
