TALOS is a humanoid robot that walks on two legs. Its maker, PAL Robotics, presents it on its official page as a high-performance robot designed for research.

Its most striking feature: according to the manufacturer, it can carry 6 kg per arm, with the arm fully extended. PAL Robotics says it was designed to handle heavy industrial tools.

The company sees it working in a range of environments, such as the “factory of the future”.

On endurance, the data sheet gives 1.5 h of battery life while walking and 3 h at rest.
