According to Notebookcheck, which draws on the outlet Cailian, some Unitree robots are offered for rent at 289 yuan a day, or about 40 dollars.

This floor price comes from a classified ad and is not a standard rate. The article also does not say what these offers include, such as transport or the help of an operator.

At the start of 2026, a day's rental cost about 2,000 to 3,000 yuan, before offers under 1,000 yuan appeared. Rates had reached five-figure sums after Unitree's appearance at the Printemps gala in 2025, which sent demand soaring.

Rental is also becoming more structured. Qingtianzu, a specialist platform, announced a seed funding round in January 2026. Its orders reportedly rose by about 30% in the first week of February, but neither the number of orders nor the amount raised has been disclosed.
