Who we are
Vuntum is a news site and a database about robots with AI: household robots, companions, humanoids, service robots. Our aim fits in one sentence: say what is established about a robot, where the information comes from, and what is not yet.
What you will find here
Sheets on robots and manufacturers, a comparison tool, news and a public log of what changes. The site is published in French and in English.
How the sheets are built
Every feature shown points to an identified source, with its date and a level of evidence. Missing information is flagged as such, never guessed. AI tools help sort the sources and write, and their work is checked before publication. The detail is on the methodology page; the sources we use are listed on the sources page.
Reporting an error
Spotted a mistake, an out-of-date detail or a robot described wrongly? Write to us with the reporting form. A confirmed error is corrected, and the correction is dated in the corrections log.
How the site is funded
Vuntum shows no advertising and sells no placement in its comparisons.
To date, the only affiliate links on the site are Amazon links, at the bottom of some French-language robot sheets. If you buy after following one, Vuntum earns a commission, and the price does not change for you. Each one is flagged as an affiliate link on the sheet.
These links do not influence the content: no robot is added, removed or ranked according to a commission, and no maker or retailer has any say. Any future affiliate link would be flagged the same way. The full text is in the legal notice.
