Robosen's Optimus Prime obeys “Hey, Optimus” and folds itself into a truck, the manufacturer says
On its official page, Robosen presents a motorised Optimus Prime collector's figure, designed with Hasbro, that can be controlled by voice or from an app.
Say “Hey, Optimus” followed by a command and the figure springs into action, Robosen says.
With one tap in the app, the robot folds itself into a truck, which can then be driven like a remote-controlled toy.
According to the manufacturer, the figure stands 16 inches tall and is built from more than 5,000 components.
Robosen says 27 servo motors, controlled by 60 chips, make it move, and that it recognises 39 commands.
It has 125 sound effects, and its voice is that of the character's original actor, Peter Cullen, according to the page.
