Designed by Dreame, this robot vacuum cleans and mops floors, and its dock handles much of the upkeep, according to the brand's product page.
Its dock does more than recharge the robot. According to Dreame, it washes the mop pads at 75 °C, then dries them with hot air to prevent bad smells.
The robot detects and steers around pet bowls, litter trays, people and animals, then returns to clean the areas it left aside, according to the page.
To move from room to room, it relies on four wheels that, according to Dreame, let it climb steps and sliding-door thresholds up to 40 mm high.
Cleaning can also be started, stopped or scheduled by voice, with the command “Okay, Dreame”, without using a smartphone.
