Cruzr S2: UBTECH's wheeled humanoid claims hands accurate to under a millimetre
On its official page, UBTECH presents the Cruzr S2 as a full-size wheeled humanoid designed to improve business efficiency.
The manufacturer highlights a symmetrical body that can fold in two directions. According to UBTECH, the Cruzr S2 can therefore pivot by ±170° in passages 0.8 m wide.
UBTECH states a lifting stroke of 0 to 40 cm and says the robot can carry loads of 15 kg in a working space ranging from 0 to 1.8 m.
The manufacturer says the robot is fitted with 4th-generation industrial dexterous hands.
With these hands, UBTECH claims sub-millimetre precision for sorting or assembling components.
